He said, “In my early 20s, I ventured into the world of “human” deer velvet products, witnessing remarkable results. But it wasn’t until my beloved family dog, Mac, began struggling with arthritis that the real breakthrough happened.”
After introducing Mac to deer velvet (the growing bone and cartilage that becomes deer antlers), he saw a dramatic improvement in his mobility and overall happiness. This personal success story ignited the spark that led to the creation of Imperial Pet Co. – a company dedicated to harnessing the benefits of deer velvet and other natural ingredients to enhance the health of pets everywhere.
Setting the Standard in Pet Health Supplements

These ingredients have withstood the test of time, and we’re proud to incorporate them into our products.”
A Story That Touched Hearts
One story that remains etched in James’ memory is from a customer whose dog was on the brink of double hip surgery. With the surgery postponed, they decided to try the product as a last resort. The results were nothing short of miraculous – so much so that when the vet returned and saw the dog, they were astonished. The vet remarked that if they hadn’t been treating the dog, they wouldn’t have believed it was the same animal. James said, “They did not go through with the surgery, as the vet believed it would not help any more than the product had. When the customer was telling me this story, she started crying and thanking me…. This story has stuck with me to this day.”
Now Imperial Pet Co. have many similar stories of how the product has helped, but this will always be the one that confirmed what James was doing was right.
