Tropic Breeze Caravan Park
Only a short walk to beautiful Four Mile Beach and Port Douglas town centre. Pets are not allowed in the unpowered section, tents, camp kitchen, pool and units. There is a $50 cash deposit. When you make a reservation please inform the staff of the type of pet you have and how many – there are only allowed a certain number of pets in the park. Pets on a leash at all times and don’t leave unattended.

Relax and rejuvenate in the natural thermal springs. Located on the Kennedy Highway between Ravenshoe and Mt Garnet, the park has a pub just a short walk away. A relaxing dip in the spring-fed pools in the park is most enjoyable and costs only $10 payment by cash or card accepted. While pets are welcome, they are only permitted on the campsite – not in the park accommodation. Next to the park, you will find Nettle Creek hot springs where you can bath for free in the healing water which was once bottled and shipped to Europe – it is hot though so not for everyone.
