There’s nothing like being outdoors enjoying nature and it’s even better with your best mate. There are a few places where you can officially walk your dog in the Blue Mountains but this is one of the best. This iconic waterfall is one of our recommended dog-friendly walks in the Blue Mountains.
The name Minnehaha comes from Longfellow’s poem ‘Hiawatha’ and is said to mean ‘laughing water’. Located in north Katoomba, this fantastic walk, allows dogs as long as they are leashed. The reserve is at the end of Minnie Ha Ha Road, off South Street. Access is from Mike Eades Reserve. The return walk takes around 1.5 hr.
