1. Can you tell us a bit about yourself and why you started the company?
Growing up in a family that loves pets, we have had many dogs over the years that have really suffered with anxiety, I understand how bad it feels as the owner, and wanted to do something about it. Additionally, the statistics on dog and cat anxiety are quite high in not just Australia, but throughout the world. We spent countless days, and hours of testing and evaluating to finally create products to help with pet anxiety. Its purpose from day one is not only to help pets but also the “pawrents” who are trying to give their pets a joyful life.
2. How did you come up with the name Furlore?
The ‘Fur’ refers to the ‘fur babies’ and ‘Lore’ means traditions and culture. We want our products to be loved and remembered by all ‘fur babies and their ‘pawrents’ just as we always remember stories being handed down from generation to generation.
3. How does the Furlore calming bed relieve anxiety?
From the combinations of downy soft materials to the specific dimensions and shape, each of our products is engineered to release tension in pets and relieve their anxiety. They will feel hugged, secured and this allows them to curl up for a full night of undisturbed sleep.
